Scope and Contents This collection contains a variety of materials relating to Ovid Butler, the Butler family, and North Western Christian University ranging in dates from 1818 to 2013. One of the most notable parts of the collection is the original letter book of Ovid Butler from July 1862 to September 1866. In this he copied the letters he both sent and received.
