Scope and Contents
The collection includes three notebooks created by Opal J. Bennett; their individual subjects are Indiana, Birds, and Trees. They include handwritten pages, Farmers Bulletins and pasted-in supplemental materials or documents, such as tree leaves and postcards. Each notebook has a table of contents and bibliography/references. It appears they may have been created as a part of her teacher training. In addition, this collection includes Teachers College catalogs and commencement programs, photographs, and Opal J. Bennett’s diploma.
