The collection contains the original proclamation that outlines some of the contributions made by Butler University alumni to the city of Indianapolis and establishes alumni day on October 24th. It is signed by Mayor Richard Lugar. The collection also contains a separate sheet that outlines the alumni associations awards and the criteria for winning the award.
