Charter and by-laws for Butler University, formerly known as North-Western Christian University and Butler College; also includes documentation of Articles of Incorporation. Includes the first charter “of the North-Western Christian University, and an ordinance for the government of the institution”; also includes the revisions from 1903, 1921, 1941, 1958, 1961, 1982, 1987, and 1992. Some materials are originals while others are photocopies.
