Collection contains correspondence records, and ephemera documenting the activities of the American Association of University Professors chapter at Butler University between 1955 and 1995. Of particular note are records pertaining to the advocacy to the president of Butler University by AAUP to form a faculty grievance committee.
Most of the records appear to have originated from the office of Richard A. Davis, former Director of the University Libraries.
