This collection consists of two scrapbooks detailing the experiences of Anne Fleming and William Miner during their time as Butler University students. It documents their experiences on campus as well as off-campus with friends and family. The scrapbooks include photographs, newspaper clippings, correspondence, ephemera, wedding invitations, and sketches.
Fortnightly Literary Book Club Collection
This collection consists of materials from the November 10, 2023, 100-year celebration of the Fortnightly Literary Book Club at the Irwin Library at Butler University. It also includes a copy of the documentary “Fortnightly” by Indianapolis based filmmaker Ira Mallory.
Four Freshmen collection
The Four Freshmen Collection includes music scores, audio, ephemera and other materials related to the Four Freshmen musical group that was started by four Butler University students in 1947. The Four Freshmen are no longer based at Butler; since their founding, there have been more than 25 different members, and they continue to entertain audiences.
Friesner Herbarium
This collection contains primarily annual reports of the Friesner Herbarium from 1987-2023, but also includes a small amount of ephemera and newspaper clippings.
